Let's Get Growing
We know that we are stewards of God's creation and it is our responsibility to respond to environmental issues. During the Spring Term 2024, our Peace Garden was completed. Some of our GIFT team members who are part of the Laudato Si' team attended a Let's Get Growing event to find out about gardening and how to bring wildlife to our garden. We were donated lots of plants, seeds and compost to get us started!
Families were very kind and donated bird boxes, seeds and advice. We even had a donation form a local man who saw our garden and wanted to make and donate a wren's nest and a hedgehog den.
